That may sound rather a strange thing to say. But in my workshops I always talk about the difference between “airy-fairy” dreams of young teenage years and real life-dreams that adults should be dreaming. (With respect to my teenage readers, I do agree some of you have very real, solid dreams that are far from “airy-fairy”).
Its the life-dreams that need hard work. Want to educate yourself better? Want to educate your child well? Want to write a book? Want to change your career? Want to start a business? Want to build a home, buy a house, car, motorcycle or three-wheeler? That is where the hard work and determination matters.
A dream doesn’t become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work.~Colin Powell
I’m always interested in what life-dreams people are dreaming. And what they are doing about it. A lot of people do nothing beyond dreaming.
Please share your experiences, struggles and challenges with me.
I look forward to hearing from you
